This page offers uptime information for Synthetix services over the last seven days. Unless otherwise noted, this status information applies to consumer services as well as services for organizations using Synthetix Software.

Whenever you have issues with logging into the Analytics console, you need to remember that your username and password are BOTH case sensitive. Check your CAPS LOCK key and your NUM LOCK keys to check they are not on.

You can reset your Analytics password by clicking on the change/forgotten login link on the login page and following the process. Bear in mind throughout the process that ALL FIELDS are case sensitive.

Raising a support ticket (how to GIF below), you'll need to login to Synthetix Control Panel, select a view which is relevant to the issue which you are experiencing, click the account button which is positioned top right header, click on support which will launch Synthetix Support faqtAgent.

If you're unable find an answer for your issue with the faqtAgent click on "Still need help" button which is located below FAQ answer and complete the form by entering your email address, explaining your issue as much as possible and attached a screen grab or document if required.
